Vera Puhlmann

Vera Puhlmann always had a sense of justice, but she came to law by an indirect route. She entered the legal world via the music and media industry: after her first professional years in Cologne, Potsdam and Berlin, she studied law at FU Berlin. That background is still evident today: she thinks in contexts, not just in statutes.

Today she advises companies and entrepreneurs in competition and trademark law as well as corporate law, with a focus on contentious disputes. With two distinction examinations, the completed specialist training course for a Specialist Attorney in Commercial and Corporate Law and the preparatory course for the notarial professional examination, Vera Puhlmann brings a depth of expertise that is felt not only in contentious mandates.

She knows that conflicts represent a considerable personal burden for some clients, while others deal with them in a routine and matter-of-fact way.
