Anja Heller-Rehberg

Anja Heller-Rehberg works with great enthusiasm primarily in competition, trademark and copyright law – particularly in contentious proceedings. From cease-and-desist letters through emergency and litigation proceedings to the enforcement of obtained titles, mostly in contempt proceedings, she has mastered the tools of intellectual property law for many years. She advises and represents companies, managing directors and creative professionals – both in strategic and proactive proceedings as well as in defence.

Anja Heller-Rehberg studied law in Greifswald until 2005, already with a focus on business law. After her admission to the bar in 2007, she deepened her expertise in copyright and media law – a field she worked in for many years and rounded off in 2017 with the specialist training course in copyright law. A deliberate change of perspective followed: she worked as in-house counsel at a start-up and studied psychology for several semesters in parallel – experiences that continue to shape her view of business, people and communication today and flow into her legal work.

As a counterbalance to the deep, complex thinking of her legal practice, she practises Wudang Qi Gong and regularly does fitness boxing. She enjoys her free time with her husband and especially loves being in the forest.
