Judith von Hoerschelmann is a research assistant at ab&d Rechtsanwälte.
She supports the attorneys particularly in trademark and competition law – from research to drafting submissions and everything in between. She also handles the firm's social media and marketing activities.
She studied at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, specialising in intellectual property law, and passed her first state examination in March 2025.
In her free time she cycles, sings in a choir and enjoys going to the cinema.
